Save & Finish at another time
Now-a-days people are so busy that they don’t have enough time to fill out long format forms, even though the information in the form can be necessary like for a job application or for a medical form. With the save and resume feature you make sure your customers have the option of saving their work and picking it up another time to finish the form instead of leaving it incomplete. Any previously saved information will be saved and can be brought back with the click of a link.
Save and Resume Link
As soon as your users save their form entries, they will be provided with a link that takes them right back to their in-progress submission. You have the ability to customize the From address, Subject, and Message of the email that contains this saved entry link. Plus, if your form is embedded, the save link will return the user back to the form on your website.
Save and Resume Partial Submissions
In forms that have Save and Resume set up, we will capture partial submissions and then store them in a partial submission grid in the same manner we do for partial stop point submissions. Even if the form is not a stop point form then we will need to be able to show what was filled out vs. what wasn't and we will need to allow the user to convert the partial submission to a complete submission.
