In this video I'm going to show you how to add an electronic signature feature into your forms!

To add the electronic signature field, you first need to go to the form you want to add it into. For this example we will use the e-signature example form on the website elements panel we need to scroll down to the bottom and select the signature element -- and it's that easy. You just added the electronic signature to your form and have given your customers new way to sign real quick. We will open up the phone to show you how it looks and how the preview function works.

After adding in the electronic signature element, we will then click on save form in the top right corner and a pop-up will appear and on that pop-up, we will click go to my form. Here we see our finished form using the default style template. To test out how the electronic signature feature will look, we can just type in a name and click the preview button. We now see it display the signature and a creative cursive font to give an authentic touch. The electronic signature or e-signature field refers to a element/field in your form where users can provide their signature on the form with a swipe of their mouse or by using their finger to sign on mobile devices. The great thing about e-signatures is that they can be used in any type of form to record a signature. For e-signatures, documents that are electronically signed have the same legal protection as those that are signed in person with a pen. 

According the the E-Sign Act, states that as long as an electronic signature is obtained in appropriate fashion with compliant technology and authentications, it will have full validity under law.
