• Bernina Commerce Connection Sign-Up

    This form is to sign-up for BERNINA Commerce Connection. Upon receipt of this form, you will receive an invoice that includes the set up fee as well as the the first months payment of your system. Receipt of payment will put you in line for your system to be provisioned and your on-boarding to begin. Due to the tremendous response from the BERNINA dealers, your place in line will be based on a first come first served basis. Your place in line will be communicated after payment is received. Subsequent invoicing will begin 30 days after your initial website configuration has been completed.

  • Select the products that you want to add to your new BERNINA Commerce Connection Website and Online Store. Your monthly total will include the $250 monthly charge for your new website, plus the cost of the modules that you are selecting here. Add-on modules can be added at a later date if you are unsure if you want or need them today. Your initial invoice to secure your place in line will include the $500 setup fee and $250, the first month of your subscription unless you opt for the Setup & Training package which is $1500. This includes your setup fee.

  • Indition is making available to BERNINA dealers a full suite of services in the same manner as is provided to BERNINA today. Select those services that are you interested in. Services can be added at any time, except for the Setup & Training option. If you select the Setup & Training option that option will be included on your initial invoice. All other services will not be invoiced or begin until after your instance is live.
